Since its inception in 2010 the JW Injection Moulding has grown to 13 injection molding machines in our facility. Details are as below.
Production Facility
We are equipped with state of the art European series injection molding machines. We have a fleet of all sizes of machines related to our market. Machine capacities are as below:
Injection Molding Machine
Clamp Tonnage starting from 90 ton to 1200 ton.
Shot weight range is 10 grams to 4500 grams.
Mould mounting sizes range from 300 x 300 x 150 mm to 1850 x 1250 x 1250 mm.
Material processing range PP, PE, GPPS, HIPS, ABS, ABS Transparent.
Control Equipments and Techology
Every machine has its own dedicated water cooled chiller. This ensures proper cycle time control and easily adjustable according to mold and component requirement.
Thermo-regulators are available for each machine to set any mold at desired temperature in a controlled manner without any tolerance.
Hot Runner controllers for wide variety of mold requirement are available; customer doesn’t need to panic for this expensive accessory.
After mould decorating of molded items like, screen printing is done in house.

Mould Maintenance – We have a wide range of mould related machines (CNC machining center, wire cut, lathe, conventional milling, surface grinder, radial drill machine and many other) for on time mould repairs without delay of deliveries. On other hand we have imported expensive special purpose mould polishing and repairing related hand tools to easily accomplish most of mold repairs on injection machine during production, this saves time of mold mounting and un-installation. We maintain record of mould repair history which can be consulted at any time. Our mould repair team is capable of all welding types related to mould such as Argon welding, brazing, arc welding etc
